Ingredients:

• 1 bundle – green Methi
• 2 tbsp – besan (gram flour)
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Chop the green methi leaves finely.
  2. Heat a pan, put a little oil in it and roast the besan. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Then pour oil in the pan and saute the chopped onions.
  4. When the onions turn golden, put in tomatoes and all the masalas and fry for a while.
  5. Then put the green methi leaves. Cover and cook it.
  6. When the methi is half done, sprinkle the roasted besan over it and cook for a while.
