Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Besan
• 3/4 cup – warm Milk
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – warm Milk
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Take Besan and mix 1/4 milk and ghee. Keep mixture aside about 2 hours.
- Heat about 3/4 cup of ghee in pan and add the mixture, keep on stirring until brown in colour.
- Add 3/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of warm milk and 1/2 cup of warm water all together, again keep on stirring until ghee separates from sheera.
