Ingredients:

• 22 small potatoes, boiled with skins
• 1/2 cup Rice flour
• 2 green chillies, ground to a paste
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – roasted Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – black salt powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix halved potatoes with the flour and all other ingredients (except oil) so that the mixture coats each piece.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil taking care to separate each piece.
  3. Drain and serve hot.
