Holi is a festival of colours. It’s celebrated all over the India. Different state has different sweets, snacks which is eaten on the occasion of the Holi, but Bhang is very common drink on Holi which is common in all the states. Here I am sharing a variation of bhang as a Bhang Lassi recipe which you can use to make it on Holi festival.

Ingredients

– 20 gm Cannabis (bhang)
– 2 cup warm whole milk
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 tablespoon coconut milk
– A Pinch of Garam Masala
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 teaspoon Grenadine
– 1/6 teaspoon powdered ginger
– 1 tablespoon coconut milk
– 1 1/2 tablespoon almonds, chopped (for garnishing)

How To Make?

1. Take a Deep pan and add 1 cup water to it and let the water boil, then add cannabis (bhang) to it.
2. Let the water boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, then strain it.
3. Now, add milk to the sieved cannabis and grind it well until it completely mixed.
4. Add more milk to cannabis and repeat this procedure for all the cannabis.
5. Now, add chopped almond to it and again grind it.
6. Strain the mixture and pour the coconut milk, milk, hot boiled water into a deep container.
7. Now, add ginger powder, garam masala, and sugar to this mixture and mix them well.
8. Now, put this container into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to completely cool.
9. Once Bhang lassi is cool its ready to serve.
