Ingredients:

• 4 – goat brain (bheja)
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the brain pieces. Boil in 3 cups of water mixed with salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
  2. Boil on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
  3. Remove the thin membrane.
  4. Cut each brain into 4 pieces.
  5. Lightly melt butter in a non-stick pan and saute the pieces on medium flame.
  6. Sprinkle pepper powder and serve hot.
