Ingredients:
• 4 – goat brain (bheja)
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Clean and wash the brain pieces. Boil in 3 cups of water mixed with salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
- Boil on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the thin membrane.
- Cut each brain into 4 pieces.
- Lightly melt butter in a non-stick pan and saute the pieces on medium flame.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and serve hot.
