Ingredients:

• Bhindi – 1/4 kg
• Garlic – 3 to 4
• Jeera – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Grind the garlic and jeera into a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped bhendi and turmeric. Mix well and let it cook without the lid.
  3. When the bhendi softens, add the garlic and jeera paste. Mix well.
  4. Now cook for another 5 to 8 mins until it is ready.
  5. Serve hot with rice.
