Ingredients:
• Bhindi – 1/4 kg
• Garlic – 3 to 4
• Jeera – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp.
Method:
- Grind the garlic and jeera into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped bhendi and turmeric. Mix well and let it cook without the lid.
- When the bhendi softens, add the garlic and jeera paste. Mix well.
- Now cook for another 5 to 8 mins until it is ready.
- Serve hot with rice.
