  1. Wash, wipe and cut bhindi into small pieces.
  2. Grind the coconut, chillies, mustard seeds together to a paste.
  3. Fry the cut bhindi.
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt, jaggery and coconut paste to the well fried bhindi.
  5. Then add curds and mix well.
  6. Heat this mixture for a while.
  7. Serve with chapatti or rice.
