- Wash, wipe and cut bhindi into small pieces.
- Grind the coconut, chillies, mustard seeds together to a paste.
- Fry the cut bhindi.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, jaggery and coconut paste to the well fried bhindi.
- Then add curds and mix well.
- Heat this mixture for a while.
- Serve with chapatti or rice.
