Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Meat (cut and boiled)
• 1 cup – beaten Curd
• 1/2 cup – Meat stock
• 250 g – Onion juice (crushed Onions)
• 4 peeled and fried Potatoes
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 25 g – cleaned and boiled Charoli
• 4 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Saffron (heated and powdered)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind 10 red chillies, 1 tsp. turmeric, 3 green chillies, 8 cloves of garlic, 1″ long piece of ginger.
  2. Now heat ghee and fry the whole spices, add to it the ground spices and fry well.
  3. Then add stock and meat, juice of crushed onions, salt, curd and saffron.
  4. When gravy goes thick, add the potatoes.
  5. Remove from fire and put into a dish with eggs.
  6. Sprinkle charoli or chironji on the top.
  7. Garnish it with sliced onions and tomatoes and serve lukewarm.
