Ingredients:

• 2 – Corn (bhutta)
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 3/4 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 10 – Curry leaves
• 2 – chopped Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• a pinch of Hing
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 2 tsp – oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix wheat flour, 1/2 cup corn flour, salt and water to make a dough.
  2. Grate the corn (bhutta).
  3. Heat the oil and add jeera till it splutters.
  4. Add hing, curry leaves and chopped green chillies and cook for a few seconds.
  5. Add grated corn, ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, salt, garam masala and 1/4 cup corn flour.
  7. Add chopped coriander.
  8. Cook and keep stirring it often till it becomes granulated. Allow it to cool.
  9. Stuff this stuffing into the dough and roll out parathas.
  10. Cook the paratha on both sides using ghee.
  11. Serve hot with chutney and dahi.
