Ingredients:

• 2 parts – Absolut New Orleans vodka
• 4 chunks – fresh Watermelon
• 1 part – simple syrup
• Squeeze of fresh Lemon
• Pinch – black pepper
• Melon ball for garnish
• Lemon slice for garnish

Method:

1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a melon ball and lemon slice.
