Ingredients:
• 250 gms – Bhindi
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 1/2 tsp – Aamchur powder
• 1 tbsp- Ginger Garlic paste
• Lemon grass paste or Lemon juice
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut the bhindis into halves. Fry it in oil till it is half cooked.
- Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and chopped onion.
- Fry till it is golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger paste to it.
- Then add the chopped tomatoes to it.
- Also add the tomato puree to it.
- Add aamchur powder, chilli powder and dhania powder.
- Add the fried bhindi to it.
- Add salt according to taste.
- Add garam masala and the lemon juice.
- Garnish with coriander.
