Ingredients:

• 250 g – Rice
• 100 ml – Milk
• 10 g – Cardamom powder
• 5 g – Cinnamon sticks
• 25 g – Cashew nuts
• 15 g – Raisins
• 10 g – Ghee
• 15 g – khoya

Method:

  1. Mix water and milk in equal measure.
  2. Soak rice in this mixture for two hours.
  3. Add cardamom, cinnamon and ghee.
  4. Cook rice till water and milk are absorbed.
  5. Sprinkle khoya, cashew nuts and raisins.
  6. Smear ghee. Serve hot.
