Ingredients:

• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 1/2 tsp – finely chopped Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – Maida
• 1 cup – roasted vermicelli
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes. Boil the peas and grind it coarsely in a mixer. Add cheese, green chillies and salt.
  2. Make small balls of the mixture.
  3. Make a batter of maida.
  4. Dip the balls in the maida, roll it in the vermicelli and deep fry in oil.
