Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – quick Oats
• 1/2 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup – fresh or frozen Blueberries
• 1 – Egg
• 1 cup – skimmed Milk
• 3 tbsp – Apple sauce
• 1/4 cup – Brown sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix, until just combined.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre, comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and cut into squares.
