Ingredients:

• 250 gms – Pork fat
• 15-20 – Dry Red Chillies
• 15-20 pods – Garlic
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Potato (optional)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make a paste of dry red chillies, garlic and tomato.
  2. Boil the pork fat and potato in 2 cups water for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Now add the dry red chilli-garlic-tomato paste and salt, mix well and cook on low flame until the gravy becomes thick or till done.
  4. Serve with rice.
