Boneless Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

• Boneless Chicken – 800 g
• Tomato puree – 300 ml
• Brown Onion paste – 50 g
• Ginger paste – 30 g
• Garlic paste – 30g
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 10 g
• Sugar – 10 g
• Cooking Butter – 150 g
• Water – 150 ml
• Fresh Cream – 50 ml
• Salt to taste
• 4 – green coriander springs for garnish

Method:

  1. Apply 50 g of butter to the chicken pieces and cook in Microwave oven for 5 minutes on high. Mix in a separate bowl all ingredients except fresh cream and coriander. Add chicken pieces in the above mixture.
  2. Cook in Microwave for 7 minutes and stir.
  3. Cook in microwave for another 6 minutes and stir.
  4. Add cream and cook in microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green coriander.
