Ingredients:

• Chicken boneless – 1/2 kg
• Ginger paste – 2 tsp
• Garlic paste -1 tsp
• Corn flour- 5 tbsp
• Maida – 1 tbsp
• Fried gram powder – 1 cup
• Chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder -1 pinch
• Pepper powder – 2 pinches
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Curd- 1 cup
• Red wine (optional) – 2 tsp
• Egg (optional) – 1
• Salt – 2 tsp (as per requirement)
• Oil
• Chopped green chilly – 1 tbsp
• Chopped Onion (sliced long) – 2
• Chopped Tomato – 1
• Chopped Capsicum – 1 or half
• Chopped Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
• Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1.5 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, cornflour,chilly powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, curd, pepper, salt, wine, egg. Keep in fridge for 10-20 mins (optional for better taste)
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion,tomato,capsicum one by one and saute well and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil and dip the marinated chicken pieces one by one in fried gram powder and fry till golden brown.
  4. Then to a saucepan add the fried vegetables and then fried chicken then add tomato sauce and soya sauce and toss well.
  5. Make sure the sauce coats well over the chicken and then garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
