Ingredients:

• Chicken – 500 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Ginger – 1 tsp
• Chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• Maida – 2 tbsp
• Pepper – 1/4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• For gravy:
• Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
• Onion – 100 g
• Chicken stock – 2 cups
• Garlic chilli sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp.

Method:

  1. First, make a fine paste of chicken. Add sliced onion, maida, corn flour, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce and garlic chilli sauce. Mix well.
  2. Make medium size balls with the above mixture and deep fry it. For Gravy:
  3. Heat oil in a wok.
  4. Add chopped onion.
  5. Then put the fried chicken in it and pour all sauces along with the stock and salt.
  6. Cook till the gravy is done.
