Ingredients:
• 100 g – Boondi
• 3 – Medium Onions
• Garlic, Chopped
• Ginger
• Cinnamon Powder
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp- Vegetable Oil
• Pepper
• Red Chilli powder
• Cardamom
• Cumin seeds
• Cassia
• Salt
• Fresh Mint leaves to Garnish
Method:
- In a heavy bottomed pan pour vegetable oil.
- Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic, ginger and cassia.
- Fry for two minutes.
- Make a paste of all spices.
- Mix well and fry till it leaves oil.
- Add tomato and salt and fry.
- Add boondi and cover the pan for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve hot with paratha.
