Ingredients:

• Maida – 100 gms
• Sugar – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Salt – a pinch
• Cardamom powder – 1 tspn

Method:

  1. Melt the butter and powder the sugar.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (melted butter, powdered sugar, cardamom, salt and maida) and add enough water to make soft dough.
  3. Divide into three portions and make thick round chappati.
  4. Horizontally and vertically cut one inch and make a bow size.
  5. Heat the oil and keep medium flame.
  6. Fry all the bows until both sides are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool and keet it in an air tight container.
  8. Crispy tea time snack is ready.
