Ingredients:

• 1 – lamb brain
• 3-4 – Green chilli
• 1/4 of a bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1/4 tbsp – Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 1/4 tbsp – Spices (powder)
• 4 tbsp – Oil or Ghee
• 1 – Small Onion
• Salt
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Clean brain properly & cut into small pieces.
  2. Grind green chilli & coriander leaves together to form a paste.
  3. Chop onion very finely.
  4. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add onion.
  5. When it becomes brown add ginger-garlic paste.
  6. After 2 minutes, add brain pieces & the ground green chilli paste.
  7. Add salt & spice powder.
  8. Add 1/2 cup of water and fry for 15 – 20 minutes on medium flame so that the water dries out.
  9. Serve hot with hot parathas for breakfast.
