Ingredients:

• 4 – sheep brains or 1 calf brain
• 2 – Onions sliced finely
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – spoons oil

Method:

  1. Wash the brain well and remove the top skin.
  2. Fry the onions till golden brown.
  3. Add the Brain and saute for some time.
  4. Sprinkle the salt and Pepper powder on the brain and mix carefully.
  5. Cover and steam cook for about 6 minutes till the brain is cooked.
  6. Garnish with slit green chillies.
