Ingredients:
• Bread- 4 slices
• Ghee – 1 tbsp
• Sugar- 3/4 cup
• Water- 2 tbsp
• Chopped nuts for garnish
Method:
- Pour the sugar in a pan and add 2 tbsp of water on a low flame.
- Stir until a syrup is formed.
- Cut the bread slices into small pieces and fry it with ghee.
- Add the fried bread to the sugar syrup.
- Let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped nuts.
