Ingredients:

• Bread Slices-5-6
• 1 Onion, finely sliced
• 2 Tomatoes finely sliced
• 1 tsp – Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Oil
• 2-3 tsp – Salt to Taste
• Coriander leaves – A few

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes and keep it aside.
  2. In a kadai, pour oil and heat it.
  3. Add onion and saute it.
  4. Then add tomato, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Then add bread cubes and sprinkle a little water, so that the bread and masala mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
