Ingredients:

• 4 slices – bread
• 1 cup – boiled peas
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 cup – finely sliced Tomato
• 1- finely sliced Onion
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 cup – Curry leaves
• Salt to Taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes and deep fry in oil. Boil and mash the potatoes. Heat the oil in a Kadai.
  2. Saute the onions.
  3. Add tomato, mashed potato, peas, chilli powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the fried bread pieces and cook till the gravy spreads on the bread.
  5. When removing, garnish with curry leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
