Ingredients:

• 6 – bread slices
• oil for deep frying
• 250 gm – Curd
• 5 sprigs – Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp -roasted & ground Cumin seeds

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small squares (4 or 6). Deep fry them in the oil and remove excess oil from it by placing them on a tissue paper.
  2. Beat the curd with all the spices and add a little water to it (the bread slices will later absorb it).
  3. To serve, put the fried bread squares in the curd, garnish it with coriander and serve.
  4. You can store the leftover bread fries easily and serve unexpected guests or when cooking in a hurry.
