Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Paneer
• 1 cup – grated Cabbage
• 1/2 cup – Tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup – Corn flour
• 1/2 cup – breadcrumbs
• 6 slices – bread
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Immerse the bread slices in water. Squeeze the water out.
  2. Mix all other ingredients with bread and make it into a thick mixture. Do not add water.
  3. Make thin long rolls out of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
