Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

• Oats – 2 tbsp
• natural soya Milk – 1 cup, chilled
• Banana – 1/2 cup, chopped
• dried Fig 1, chopped
• muesli (with nuts) – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cook oats in 1.5 cup of water and cool.
  2. Blend banana and Soya milk till smooth.( Add a tsp of sugar if desired)
  3. Place oats in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fig.
  5. Pour the banana milk over it and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle muesli on top and serve.
