Ingredients:

• Mix together:
• 1/3 cup – Oatmeal
• 1 cup – low-fat Milk
• 1 Egg
• 1 banana, mashed
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up – flavour.
  2. Stir again and place in a small dish.
  3. Preheat oven at 325 degrees C.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.
