Ingredients:
• Oats – 2 tbsp
• natural soya Milk – 1 cup, chilled
• Banana – 1/2 cup, chopped
• dried Fig 1, chopped
• muesli (with nuts) – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cook oats in 1.5 cup of water and cool.
- Blend banana and Soya milk till smooth.( Add a tsp of sugar if desired)
- Place oats in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with chopped fig.
- Pour the banana milk over it and mix well.
- Sprinkle muesli on top and serve.
