Ingredients:
• 1 – medium-sized brinjal, roasted on an open flame
• 4 – medium-sized green chillies, minced
• 1″ piece – ginger, minced
• 4 flakes – garlic, minced
• 2 – medium-sized onions, minced
• 1/2 – coconut, scraped
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – salt
Method:
- Peel the skin of the roasted brinjal.
- When it cools, mash the pulp.
- Mix all the other ingredients with the brinjal pulp.
