Ingredients:

• 2-3 -brinjals
• 5- 6- Red Chillies
• 1 tsp- Tamarind liquid
• salt
• 1tsp- Jeera
• 10-12tsp -oil
• 1/2tsp -mustard,
• 1/2tsp- turmeric,
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Fry brinjals, red chillies, jeera in oil for 10 – 15 minutes in medium heat or until the colour of brinjal changes.
  2. Grind them when it is cool, add salt and the seasoning.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil add mustards, turmeric, curry leaves to it.
  4. Your chutney is ready.
  5. Serve this chutney with pao or paratha or fried rice.
