
Ingredients:
• Butter beans – 1 cup
• Boiled Potato – 2
• Thick Coconut Milk – 1 cup
• Garlic – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 3
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 2 tsp
• Red Chillies – 2
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- Boil butter beans. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan
- When hot, add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves and fry
- Add chopped boiled potatoes, 2 whole peppercorns and fry on low heat
- Add coriander powder and green chillies followed by the boiled butter beans. Mix well
- Add salt and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes
- Then add the coconut milk. Stir
- After 2 minutes, take off the heat
