Ingredients:
• 1 cup – frozen Corn kernels
• 1 tsp – Butter
• 1/4 tsp – tandoori masala
• A pinch – chaat masala
• Salt as needed
• A few drops – Lemon juice
Method:
- Using a little water cook frozen corn kernels in a Microwave for 3-5 mins.
- Drain the excess water.
- Transfer it to a wide vessel, immediately add the tandoori masala, chaat masala, butter and salt.
- Mix well after adding a dash of lemon juice.
- Serve.
