Ingredients:
• Button Mushroom – 1 packet
• Tomato – 2
• Onion – 1
• Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Badshah Meat Masala – 2 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
• Salt as per taste
• Cilantro – a bunch
• Butter – 6 tbsp
• Garlic – 4 Cloves
Method:
- Add the butter, chopped onion and crushed garlic in a cooker.
- Fry the onion to light brown.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, capsicum and the mushrooms and fry well.
- Add the tomatoes, meat masala and garam masala and stir well.
- Add water, cover and cook for 2 whistles.
- When the cooker cools down, add the chopped cilantro with stems. Serve with naan, chapathi, puri or plain rice.
