Fresh Salad prepared with butterfly pasta

Ingredients:
2 cups butterfly pasta
15 black olives, halved
1 cup cherries, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme or herb of your choice
1 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds powder
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp oil or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Cook pasta until tender.
2. Rinse in cold water.
3. Mix all other ingredients with the boiled pasta and toss well.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
