Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• 1/6 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/6 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 6 – 7 – Curry leaves
• 1/7 tsp – Garlic
• 1/7 tsp – Ginger
• Some buttermilk

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add mustard and cumin seeds.
  3. After it starts spluttering, add curry leaves, and finely chopped green chillies.
  4. Add turmeric powder, ginger and garlic and cook it on low flame.
  5. Add buttermilk.
  6. Add salt to taste and cook it on low flame.
