Ingredients:

• 1 – small Cabbage shredded
• 2- carrots, grated finely
• 3 tbsp – vegetarian mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 – Onion grated
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and salt together.
  2. Add this mixture to the cabbage, carrots, and onions.
  3. Toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
