Ingredients:

• 6 bread slices (soak and squeeze out water in the brackets)
• 100 g – Cabbage (finely chopped and dipped in salt water for 10 minutes)
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – each of coriander and chilli powder
• a pinch each of Hing and Sugar
• a few sprigs of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Drian the cabbage.
  2. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients to make a firm dough.
  3. Shape into small rounds and deep fry till golden brown.
