Ingredients:

• Finely sliced Cabbage – 1 cup
• Finely sliced Carrot – 1 cup
• Gram flour – 1 cup
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 1/2 cup
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of water and make into a dough.
  2. Take a handful of mixture and deep fry them in oil.
