Fresh and spicy mixture of chick peas and green vegetables
1/2 cup boiled and half mashed chick peas (kabuli chana)
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup onion chopped (optional)
2-3 chopped green chillies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander chopped
Salt to taste
1. Mix chick peas, cucumber, tomato, onion and green chilli in a bowl.
2. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt.
3. Mix well with spatula.
4. Garnish with green coriander and serve.
