Ingredients:
• Cannellini beans – 1 can
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp
• Feta cheese – 2 tbsp
• Pepper
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Drain and wash the cannellini beans. Heat a pan with olive oil.
- Add all the ingredients except the cheese.
- Allow this to sit on the pan on medium heat till all the spices blend together.
- Care should be taken while handling the beans as they are very soft and tend to become mushy.
- Remove from heat and add cheese and serve.
