Ingredients:

• 1 – Capsicum finely chopped.
• 1 – Onion finely chopped.
• Salt and chilli powder as required.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• 2 cups – rice.
• Coriander leaves – a bunch

Method:

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. Heat a pan with oil and splutter mustard in it.
  3. Add finely chopped onions in it, sautetill it becomes golden brown and add chopped capsicum to it and saute for 4 mins
  4. Then add salt and chilli powder, let it simmer.
  5. Finally mix it with rice and garnish with coriander. Serve
