Ingredients:
• Paneer – 200 g
• Capsicum – 4
• Onion – 4 small
• Tomato – 1
• Butter – 100 g
• 2 – Cardamom pods
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1 tsp – Dalchini powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add cardamom and fry for a while.
- Add capsicum and onion, stir and cover for 2 mins.
- Add paneer, tomatoes, the remaining spices and salt.
- Stir slowly for 2 to 3 mins.
- Serve hot.
