Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled Green peas
• 2 – large onions, chopped
• 2 – capsicums, chopped into 1 inch pieces
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tsp – chopped Celery
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 2 – potatoes, boiled and chopped into medium size pieces
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Shake the dish a little so that the oil seeps to the bottom.
- Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 45 mins.
- This dish should be a little moist.
- Serve with bread or rolls and butter.
