• Capsicum – 3
• Peanuts – 50 g
• Cumin – a pinch
• Fresh Coconut
• Curd – 200 g
- Char the capsicum by directly putting on flame.
- Afterwards wash it and then cut it into pieces.
- Fry the peanuts and cumin and grind into powder.
- Add them to curd along with capsicum and grated fresh coconut.
- Garnish with coriander.
