Ingredients:

• Capsicum – 3
• Peanuts – 50 g
• Cumin – a pinch
• Fresh Coconut
• Curd – 200 g
• Salt
• Turmeric

Method:

  1. Char the capsicum by directly putting on flame.
  2. Afterwards wash it and then cut it into pieces.
  3. Fry the peanuts and cumin and grind into powder.
  4. Add them to curd along with capsicum and grated fresh coconut.
  5. Garnish with coriander.
