Ingredients:

• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – carrot, finely chopped
• 2 – green capsicum, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, boiled
• 1 cup – red Rajma
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – masala powder
• 2 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add some mustard seeds, onion, tomato and carrot. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  2. Add capsicum, cook for 3 mins.
  3. Add rajma, salt, chilli powder and masala powder.
  4. Cook for 3 more mins and serve.
