Ingredients:

• 1 cup – seedless black Grapes
• 1 cup – seedless green Grapes
• 1/2 cup – dates, chopped
• 2 Orange Carrots
• 2 pink Carrots
• 1 Apple
• 3 tbsp – walnuts, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Raisins
• Chaat masala to taste
• For dressing:
• 1/2 cup – Orange juice
• 3 tbsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – mustard powder
• salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.
  2. Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
  3. Core and dice the apple.
  4. Combine with grapes, dates, raisins, walnuts and chaat Masala.
  5. Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
  6. Combine all the ingredients for dressing together.
  7. To serve, arrange the grated carrots on a serving plate.
  8. Spread the fruit mixture over it and pour the dressing on top.
