Ingredients:

• 2-carrots big size
• 1 cup -gram flour
• 2 tsp-chilli powder
• 2 tsp -jeera
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Grate the carrot.
  2. Sprinkle the gram flour onto it and mix them without adding any water.
  3. Add the chilli powder, jeera and salt.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add the carrot mixture to the oil and fry well.
