Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Carrot, grated
• 2 cups – Coconut, grated
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 2 cups – Ghee

Method:

  1. In a pan, add grated carrot, coconut, and sugar. Stir it.
  2. Add ghee a little at a time and mix.
  3. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour onto a greased plate.
  4. Cut into pieces.
  5. Serve.
